How the First Conversation Works
The initial contact with Coastal Group is a free, no-obligation strategy feasibility call lasting approximately 30 minutes. Before the call, you share a brief written description of your trading rules — entry signal, exit signal, market you trade, and your rough position-sizing approach. Our team reviews it in advance so the call is specific and productive rather than exploratory. At the end of the call you will know whether your strategy is a strong candidate for automation, what tier would suit your volume, and what the onboarding timeline looks like. There is no sales pressure: if automation is not the right fit for your current stage, we will say so plainly. We operate from our Jinja office and are reachable during the hours listed below.

Our office is at 14 Main Street, Jinja, Uganda. In-person meetings are available by appointment. Jinja is a 90-minute drive from Kampala — clients travelling from the capital are welcome to schedule morning or afternoon sessions to make the journey worthwhile.

What information should I prepare before contacting you?
Ideally: a brief written summary of your strategy rules (entry, exit, risk parameters), the market and instruments you trade, your approximate trading frequency (number of trades per week), and your current broker. The more specific you are, the more useful our initial response will be.
Can I meet your team in person in Jinja?
Yes. In-person meetings are available by appointment at our 14 Main Street office. Please email or call in advance to schedule. We accommodate morning and afternoon slots Monday through Friday.
How quickly can you start on a new project?
Subject to team capacity, new projects typically begin within one week of contract signing. During high-demand periods this may extend to two weeks. Current availability is noted in our reply to your initial enquiry.
