Do I need programming experience to use your bots?
No programming experience is required. You bring your trading logic — entry conditions, exit rules, and risk limits — and our team translates that into a working automated system. We handle all technical configuration.
Which brokers can you connect to?
We currently integrate with any MT4 or MT5-compatible broker, plus select brokers offering FIX API access. If your broker is not immediately listed, contact us and we will assess compatibility during your onboarding call.
How long does setup take?
From your initial brief to a live, monitored bot, typical setup takes 5 to 10 business days depending on strategy complexity and broker onboarding speed. Express configuration is available on the Pro and Business tiers.
What happens if the market moves against my strategy?
The bot executes your defined rules exactly, including your risk controls — it will not take additional positions beyond your parameters. You are the strategy owner; the bot is the execution tool. We do not intervene in live markets on your behalf.
